Bristol Yoga is a vibrant, community-based studio dedicated to the ancient spiritual practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.
We are blessed and authorized to teach Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of our guru, the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.
At the studio, we are committed to health, well-being, and personal growth by making the Yogic practices accessible to all levels of practitioners in a joyful, comfortable, supportive, and challenging environment. In addition to teaching daily classes in the Ashtanga tradition, we offer private sessions in Yoga and consultations in Ayurveda, as well as workshops ranging in topic from meditation to breathing techniques to Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking.
